Rules & Regulations

All Park Plaza South Pool patrons, guests of patrons and staff are required to follow the rules and regulations set forth by the pool management. These rules are also posted at the pool. Patrons and guests that violate the rules are subject to being temporarily or permanently barred form the use of the pool. Enforcement of the rules is carried out by the pool managers, staff and Board of Directors. Please bring any concerns about the rules, they way they are being followed or the way they are being enforced to the attention of the pool manager.

Pool Regulations

1)             The management and lifeguards must be obeyed.
2)             Only pool members and their ACCOMPANIED guests may use the pool facilities. The guest fees are $4.00 per guest per day. Children two years old and under are free. Weekly rate (out-of-town guests of members and associate members)… $60.00 per week.
3)             No guest may attend for more than 14 days per season.
4)             Children must be 12 years old AND have passed Beginner Swimming to be left at the pool alone.
5)             Swimmers must wear regulation swimsuits.
6)             Swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
7)             Parents are responsible for children in the kiddie pool area – NOTICE: There is not a lifeguard on duty in the kiddie pool area.
8)             No running in the pool area.
9)             Diving: Head first diving is ONLY allowed on the low dive. One person on the boards at a time. Look carefully before diving. No diving into the pool from the shallow areas (only the deep end). No headfirst dives or flips from the high dive (feet first dives only). All dives must land in the designated diving box (do not jump towards the side of the pool).
10)         No floatation devices (rings, water wings, etc.) on the boards or in the deep end of the pool.
11)         Pool members who falsify their membership application or abuse guest privileges will loose their membership.
12)         Park Plaza South of Tulsa, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
13)         All food, drinks and glass containers must be kept away from the pool area. No glass containers allowed on any of the concrete areas.
14)         No pets allowed.
15)         No smoking inside the fenced pool area.
16)         Use of chewing gum or tobacco products of any kind is prohibited in the pool.
17)         No loitering in the parking lot or the pool grounds at any time.
18)         No water guns of any kind allowed on pool property.
19)         No skateboards, roller skates/blades or scooters anywhere on the pool property.
20)         No radios allowed on pool grounds, except those utilizing earphones.
21)         Special parties (such as birthday parties, team gatherings, etc.) must be scheduled in advance with management. There is a $75.00 party fee for the first 15 guests and a $125 fee for up to a maximum of 30 guests attending the party. These fees include the admission of any guests who are not pool members.

Failure to adhere to the rules can result in membership revocation and banishment from Park Plaza South pool.
